George Breeden, CAE
American Society for Microbiology
George Breeden, CAE, is the Chief Learning and Innovation Officer for the American Society for Microbiology. He has worked in technology leadership in the nonprofit industry for more than 30 years, starting with the American Society for Association Executives. Immediately prior to joining 91麻豆天美, Breeden was the CIO for the Investment Company Institute.
Breeden is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and serves as a commissioner on the CAE Commission. Additionally, he volunteers as an emergency medical technician as a member of the Wheaton Volunteer Rescue Squad and is a volunteer ski patroller at Canaan Valley, W.Va.
Breeden holds an MBA and a masters in nonprofit management (MNM) from the University of Maryland, Global Campus.
