Registration Policies
91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ will refund registration fees, minus a $50 processing fee, to paid registrants who submit a cancellation request to registration@asmusa.org on or before Friday, Sept. 4, 2026. All refunds will be processed following the conference (after the 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ BIG).
There will be no substitution. Registrants who cannot attend due to medical restrictions may receive full refunds with supporting documentation. 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ is not responsible for cancellation of fees resulting from scheduling, transportation, hotel or other travel-related expenses. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance.
All registrants are required to adhere to the 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ Events Code of Conduct, which outlines expectations for a respectful, inclusive and safe environment—please review the Code of Conduct for full details.

91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ has secured discounted room rates at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill, 400 New Jersey Ave NW, Washington, D.C. 20001, and encourages participants to book within the official 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ BIG room block for the best selection and rates. The Hyatt is offering a $369.00 room rate (plus tax) to 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ BIG Conference participants. Online reservations will be available on a first come, first served basis until Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026.
