• Exhibit Booth (Most Popular!): $1,850. 
• Gold Sponsor: $10,000.
• Silver Sponsor: $5,000.
• Activity sponsorships: range $6,000-$30,000.
• Company-hosted events, including Product & Author Corners and invitation-only focus groups: range $800-$1,000.
• Unrestricted sponsorships: minimum $500.
• A la carte advertising opportunities: range $250-$7,500.

Photography/Video Policy

Attendance at, or participation in (as an Exhibitor Booth), 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the exhibitor to 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ’s use and distribution (at any time) the exhibitor’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audio tapes of such events and activities. An exhibit booth or Product and Author Corner session may be photographed or videotaped only with the expressed permission of the contracted exhibitor.  

Use of 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ's Name/Logo 

The names, insignias, logos and acronyms of 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ are proprietary, and use of these items is prohibited without the written permission of 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ. 

Payment Methods  

Payments must be completed through the 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ Exhibit, Advertising and Sponsorship invoice, and payments are due by the deadline specified on the invoice. Payments can be made through ACH (preferred) or credit card.

Cancellation Policies 

91Â鶹ÌìÃÀ reserves the right to resell exhibitor packages when payment is not received by the payment deadline, which is 10 business days after invoice date. Cancellations must be received in writing.

• Cancellations received by Oct. 1, 2025: exhibitor is eligible to receive a partial refund of 50%.
• Cancellations received after Oct. 1, 2025: no refunds will be granted. Fees cannot be transferred to future 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀCUE meetings.
