Exhibit Space Rates
Booths are sold in 10' × 10'/100 sq. ft. increments at the following rates:The minimum size for an island space is 20'x20'
- Inline Booth (traffic on 1 side): $36.00 per sq. ft.
- Corner Booth (traffic on 2 sides): $39.00 per sq. ft.
- Island Booth (traffic on 4 sides): $42.00 per sq. ft.
Suitcasing Policy
Non-Exhibiting Suppliers are companies or organizations that provide services or products to the field of microbiology but do not exhibit at 91Âé¶¹ÌìÃÀ Microbe. Non-Exhibiting Suppliers must register at the rate designated for this category of participation. The purpose of this policy is to protect the vendors exhibiting and maintain the integrity of the exhibit hall. Non-Exhibiting Suppliers are prohibited from soliciting attendees to transact business at the meeting or in official hotels. Non-Exhibiting Suppliers who are observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces will be removed from the meeting immediately.

Cancellation or Reduction Deadline: Feb. 6, 2026
Organizations participating in the exhibition may cancel the lease of exhibit space or reduce the exhibit space reserved at any time with written notice to 91Âé¶¹ÌìÃÀ exhibits management. The following schedule will be used when acknowledging booth cancellations and requests for reductions of space:
- Booth cancellation and reduction requests received before Feb. 6, 2026, will be responsible for 50% of the canceled/reduced space fees.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations/reductions received after Feb. 6, 2026.
- If an exhibitor cancels their exhibit space or requests a reduction after Feb. 6, 2026, the exhibitor will be responsible for paying any unpaid balance if one exists.
- 91Âé¶¹ÌìÃÀ reserves the right to resell any canceled exhibit space without any notification to the canceling party or without refunding any fee paid by the exhibitor.
What's Included?
- One exhibitor attendee badge per exhibiting company, with access to scientific sessions and workshops.
- Two exhibitor booth personnel badges per 10' x 10'/100 sq. ft. No access to sessions. 
- Two complimentary customer pass badges per 10' x 10'/100 sq. ft. purchased, which allows exhibitors to provide non-registered customers entry into Exhibit Hall only on a designated date. Exhibitor customer pass badge registration will open in May 2026.
Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high blue and gray back drape and 3' high blue side dividers. Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive a 1-line identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sq. ft. may receive a 1-line identification sign upon request from Freeman.
