Registration Rates

The co-location of 91Â鶹ÌìÃÀCUE with  gives educators a one-of-a-kind opportunity to sample ABRCMS. An add-on pass to ABRCMS includes admission for all events, excluding meals, on Thursday, Nov. 20; Friday, Nov. 21; and Saturday, Nov. 22. ABRCMS events will be held on the upper levels of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. More information on ABRCMS .

• Payment: registration payments must be completed with a credit card at the time of purchase. Housing reservations must be secured with a credit card at time of booking.
• Refunds: cancellation requests must be received in writing by Oct. 17, 2025, and no refunds will be granted after this date. Cancellations received by Oct. 17, 2025, may be entitled to a refund minus a $100 processing fee. 
• Substitutions: substitution of registrations is permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only 1 substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution, as well as updating any contact information. Substitutions must be of the same member status.
• Pre-conference workshops: attendees may choose to attend only 1 pre-conference workshop on Nov. 21, 2025, at no additional charge. There are a limited number of registrations available per workshop, and registration is first-come, first-served. We recommend selecting either a pre-conference workshop or a 1-day pass to ABRCMS because they occur at the same time.
